1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeyFrog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KeyFrog (operated by its affiliated entity registered in mainland China, with servers hosted in Singapore).
2. Description of Services
KeyFrog provides a unified AI API aggregation platform that enables developers and businesses to access multiple large language model (LLM) providers through a single API endpoint.
- Proxied access to third-party AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and others)
- Unified billing, API key management, and usage analytics
- Web dashboard and developer tools
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@keyfrog.top
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute API access without prior written permission
- Use the Service to train competing AI models without explicit consent
- Generate spam, disinformation, or content designed to deceive
- Conduct automated abuse or denial-of-service attacks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
5. Billing & Credits
KeyFrog operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance, which are consumed based on your API usage.
- No subscriptions: Pay only for what you use. Credits do not expire.
- Pricing: Token prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated with 7 days notice.
- Refunds: Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee. Credits consumed cannot be refunded.
- Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to relevant authorities.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Input"). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit such content.
KeyFrog does not claim ownership of your Input or Output. We do not use your prompts or completions to train AI models.
The KeyFrog platform, brand, logo, and documentation are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- KeyFrog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for the output, accuracy, or availability of upstream AI model providers
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, remaining unused credits may be refunded per our refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of severe violation.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
